Dear Customers,

Due to Covid-19, we really can not take any returns for masks that are used or  breathed through. We sincerely hope for your understanding. Before you return your masks, please contact us first: sales@betterlifemart.com.

Returnable: All masks which are unopened are accepted for 100% refund, no restocking fee. All returns should be sent back within 30 days in the new and unopened original 3M package. Customers pay the return shipping cost. We accept  the return if  our product has a defect, or we shipped the wrong product  which was not the client ordered,  or the package was damaged during shipping. 

According to CDC safety regulations during Covid pandemic, for protecting our customers we do not sell returned products to our customers,  We only sell complete new 3M masks to our clients.

Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.

If you paid by PayPal,  the refund will directly go to your PayPal account. 

For International orders, If you cancel your order before shipping, you can get a full refund. Please contact us first to check your shipping status: sales@betterlifemart.com;  If you cancel your order after shipping or return your products, we do not refund for the international  shipping or freight charges on any international orders or returns.

 

Shipping 

Orders will be shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS.  The masks shown in stock on our website will be shipped out immediately after our customer places the order. Shipping time is around 2-5days. Normally, our clients get their shipped order within 3 days. Everything is shipped from our Nevada warehouse.  All our products are shipped free within the United states except  Hawaii. Hawaii clients pay additional shipping cost.

For International orders: shipping time depends on which international shipping service you chose. Overseas additional shipping cost with International shipping discounts.

 If the product is not in stock, the lead time is around 5 days. 

 

 Changes to or cancellations of order

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel or change your order before shipment.  If you cancel your order before shipping, you can get a full refund. Please contact us via email  sales@betterlifemart.com for  your order shipment status first.
